Elle poursuit une <strong>formation continue avec le Docteur Lad<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019Ayurvedic Institute du Nouveau Mexique, aux Etats Unis.<\/p>\n<p>Elle est l\u2019auteur de nombreux articles, et incorpore la sagesse de l\u2019Ayurveda dans ses s\u00e9ances de massage et ses cours de yoga. Ses conf\u00e9rences et formations continues sont toujours pragmatiques, et permettent aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des outils pratiques afin de retrouver ou d\u2019optimiser leur \u00e9quilibre vital.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019est ce que l\u2019Ayurveda\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/forbetterbeing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/ayu.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-85 size-full alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/forbetterbeing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/ayu.jpg\" width=\"100\" height=\"125\" \/><\/a>L\u2019Ayurveda est <strong>le plus ancien syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 encore pratiqu\u00e9 de nos jours<\/strong>. Il est <strong>reconnu par l\u2019OMS<\/strong> comme un syst\u00e8me m\u00e9dical traditionnel \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re. Issue du Sanskrit \u201cAyu\u201d qui signifie \u201cvie\u201d, et \u201cVeda\u201d qui signifie \u201cconnaissance\u201d, l\u2019Ayurveda est \u00e0 la fois une science <strong>holistique<\/strong> et une <strong>philosophie de la vie<\/strong> qui consid\u00e8re <strong>chaque individu comme absolument unique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019Ayurveda, l\u2019homme, la nature, et l\u2019univers, sont faits des m\u00eames substances fondamentales : <strong>l\u2019espace, l\u2019air, le feu, l\u2019eau, et la terre<\/strong>. Ces cinq substances forment les trois \u00e9nergies vitales : <strong>Vata, Pitta, et Kapha<\/strong>. Notre sant\u00e9 repose sur l\u2019\u00e9quilibre et l\u2019harmonie de ces trois \u00e9nergies. Pour conserver cet \u00e9quilibre, l\u2019Ayurveda met l\u2019accent sur l\u2019utilisation <strong>d\u2019outils pratiques, ancr\u00e9s dans le quotidien<\/strong>, et prend en compte les <strong>dimensions physiques, \u00e9motionnelles et psychologiques de chaque individu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/forbetterbeing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/sri.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-113 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/forbetterbeing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/sri.jpg\" alt=\"sri\" width=\"100\" height=\"125\" \/><\/a>En France, lors d\u2019une consultation, le Conseiller de sant\u00e9 selon l\u2019Ayurveda identifie la <strong>constitution de base unique de chaque personne (Prakruti)<\/strong>, ainsi que les <strong>d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres \u00e9ventuels (Vikruti) et leurs raisons<\/strong>. Il peut ensuite recommander des outils adaptables et personnalis\u00e9s afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer bien \u00eatre et qualit\u00e9 de vie, et de retrouver un \u00e9quilibre vital optimal. Ces conseils, qui impliquent une v\u00e9ritable <strong>prise de responsabilit\u00e9 de chaque personne vis \u00e0 vis de sa sant\u00e9<\/strong>, comprennent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e8gles <strong>d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne de vie<\/strong> (selon les saisons, les horaires, les cycles de la vie, l\u2019environnement)<\/li>\n<li>Conseils d\u2019<strong>alimentation<\/strong> et utilisation d\u2019\u00e9pices<\/li>\n<li>Soins corporels tels que le <strong>massage<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Exercices physiques<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9ditation, Yoga, et techniques de relaxation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par exemple, et en simplifiant \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00eame, une personne dont la constitution est essentiellement Vata, le principe de l\u2019espace et de l\u2019air, se verra conseiller un rythme de vie r\u00e9gulier, une nourriture chaude et onctueuse, des auto massages \u00e0 l\u2019huile chaude de s\u00e9same, des exercices doux, et beaucoup de repos. A l\u2019inverse, une personne Kapha, le principe de la terre et de l\u2019eau, sera encourag\u00e9e \u00e0 varier son rythme de vie, \u00e0 manger une nourriture l\u00e9g\u00e8re et assez \u00e9pic\u00e9e, \u00e0 faire quotidiennement des exercices vigoureux, et \u00e0 se lever t\u00f4t et \u00e9viter les siestes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019introduction ci-dessus repr\u00e9sente seulement une fraction infime de l\u2019immense sagesse et science de l\u2019Ayurveda.
