Je me souviens encore de l\u2019agonie de ma premi\u00e8re classe. D\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re posture assise au sol, mes genoux et mes hanches criaient \u00ab\u00a0pouce\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0! J\u2019avoue que ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le coup de foudre\u00a0! Cependant, j\u2019ai pers\u00e9v\u00e9r\u00e9. Il a fallu plusieurs ann\u00e9es et de merveilleux professeurs pour que je tombe amoureuse de cette science mill\u00e9naire. Je me suis rendue compte que la flexibilit\u00e9 n\u2019\u00e9tait qu\u2019un des nombreux aspects du yoga, et pas plus d\u00e9sirable que la force physique par exemple. Mais surtout j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre que ma pratique \u00e9tait pour ma propre \u00e9volution personnelle, physique, mentale et spirituelle. Le yoga m\u2019a \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 un sens profond de compassion envers moi-m\u00eame.
