Elle se sp\u00e9cialise en <strong>Massoth\u00e9rapie\/Physioth\u00e9rapie Sportive<\/strong> aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du Dr. Hungerford en Californie. Elle obtient son dipl\u00f4me en 2000 et commence \u00e0 travailler avec les triathl\u00e8tes du <strong>centre olympique am\u00e9ricain <\/strong>en Californie qu\u2019elle accompagne pendant trois olympiades. Ses formations continues incluent, entre autres, le massage orthop\u00e9dique, le Rolfing, le massage neuromusculaire, et les mobilisations articulaires. <a href=\"https:\/\/forbetterbeing.com\/index.php\/fr\/education-et-formation-continue\/\">Pour plus de d\u00e9tails sur les formations massage cliquer ici\u00a0\u2026<\/a><\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, Florence commence \u00e0 pratiquer et \u00e9tudier diff\u00e9rents styles d\u2019Hatha Yoga (Ashtanga, Viniyoga, Iyengar, Yin Yoga\u2026). Tr\u00e8s vite, elle incorpore la respiration et les postures th\u00e9rapeutiques du yoga dans son quotidien et dans ses s\u00e9ances de physioth\u00e9rapie. Elle obtient un premier dipl\u00f4me de <strong>Professeur de Yoga Synergie de 1000 heures <\/strong>en 2006. Apres un stage intensif aupr\u00e8s de <strong>BKS Iyengar<\/strong>, elle commence \u00e0 se sp\u00e9cialiser dans le Yoga Iyengar aupr\u00e8s du Dr Cole. Elle obtient son dipl\u00f4me de <strong>Professeur de Yoga Iyengar\u00a0<\/strong>en 2009. Florence devient <strong>Prestataire Certifi\u00e9e en \u00c9ducation Continue <\/strong>aupr\u00e8s de<strong> Yoga Alliance<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>YACEP)<\/strong>en 2016. Inspir\u00e9e par la bienveillance et la sagesse de la premi\u00e8re femme m\u00e9decin au N\u00e9pal, elle devient <strong>Conseill\u00e8re de\u00a0Sant\u00e9\u00a0selon l\u2019Ayurveda<\/strong> en 2010. Elle part travailler en tant que Physio b\u00e9n\u00e9vole \u00e0 la clinique rurale de Bhaktapur au N\u00e9pal en 2019.
