Mixer le tout, et rajouter de l\u2019eau fraiche pour obtenir la consistance d\u00e9sir\u00e9e. Boire en dehors des repas, en petit d\u00e9jeuner l\u00e9ger, en collation tonique, ou encore en boisson de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration apr\u00e8s un effort sportif.<\/p>\n<p><b>Lassi<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dans un mixeur, m\u00e9langer 1 part de yogourt, 4 parts d\u2019eau, un soup\u00e7on de cardamome, quelques feuilles de menthe, et 1 ou 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sirop d\u2019agave OU 3 dates d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es. M\u00e9langer le tout au mixeur quelques minutes et boire en dehors des repas, en collation de 16h par exemple.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00ab Cocktail \u00bb noix de coco<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mixer 25cl de jus de noix de coco, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de citron vert, et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sirop d\u2019agave. Bien m\u00e9langer et rajouter quelques tranches fines de concombre (laisser la peau si bio). Boire frais. Excellente boisson de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p><b>Infusion \u00ab CCF \u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, faire chauffer \u00bd litre d\u2019eau, 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cumin, 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de coriandre, et 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de fenouil. Filtrer le tout. Boire ti\u00e8de ou frais. Rajouter si besoin un peu de sirop d\u2019agave ou une pinc\u00e9e de stevia.
