Infuser 5 minutes puis servir chaud. On peut sucrer avec du miel cru, qui gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chauffantes et ass\u00e9chantes fera des merveilles contre les congestions. Le stevia convient egalement.<br \/>\nCe m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u00e9pices aide \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la digestion et la circulation, et \u00e0 dynamiser sans les effets ind\u00e9sirables de la caf\u00e9ine.<\/p>\n<p>Attention : \u00e0 l\u2019approche de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, il peut \u00eatre trop \u00ab chauffant \u00bb.
