Le Mistral souffle avec une force dont j\u2019avais oubli\u00e9 la puissance.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019automne est l\u00e0, avec ses changements qui nous affectent tous. Vous avez peut-\u00eatre remarqu\u00e9 certains d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres tels qu\u2019une plus grande fatigue, une s\u00e8cheresse (peau, cheveux), des troubles digestifs (comme la constipation), un manque de sommeil, ou encore un certain sentiment d\u2019agitation ou d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Beaucoup d\u2019entre vous me posent des questions sur l\u2019Ayurveda. L\u2019automne nous donne une fa\u00e7on concr\u00e8te d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter un de ses principes de base. En Ayurveda, les perturbations ci-dessus nous sont apport\u00e9es par l\u2019augmentation de Vata, la dosha ou fonction biologique de l\u2019air et de l\u2019espace. En effet, l\u2019automne est la saison gouvern\u00e9e par le vent. Froid, s\u00e8cheresse, irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 et mobilit\u00e9 sont les contingences ext\u00e9rieures dominantes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour pallier \u00e0 ces d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres, nous utilisons des solutions oppos\u00e9es, \u00e0 savoir, <strong>ralentir notre rythme effr\u00e9n\u00e9<\/strong> (la rentr\u00e9e l\u2019est toujours), <strong>rester couverts<\/strong> (fini les v\u00eatements d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9), penser \u00e0 <strong>prendre du temps pour soi-m\u00eame<\/strong>, privil\u00e9gier des <strong>heures r\u00e9guli\u00e8res de coucher<\/strong> (et de sieste si possible !) et de repas, et manger une <strong>nourriture chaude, cuite, onctueuse, et plus riche en liquides mati\u00e8res grasses<\/strong> (les bonnes bien sur).<\/p>\n<p>Une alimentation adapt\u00e9e se r\u00e8gle sur les produits de saison, bio si possible:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Fruits d\u2019automne<\/strong> : pommes, poires, figues, mandarines, kiwis, coings. Penser \u00e0 les consommer en dehors des repas (ils font une excellente collation en lieu de gouter) et si possible l\u00e9g\u00e8rement cuits, au four ou en compote.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>L\u00e9gumes d\u2019automne<\/strong> : tous les l\u00e9gumes \u00ab racines \u00bb comme les patates douces, les potirons et courges, les haricots verts, les poivrons&#8230;<br \/>\nEloignez vous progressivement des salades crues de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, et privil\u00e9giez les l\u00e9gumes cuits, par exemple en soupes ou potages<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Epices<\/strong> qui r\u00e9chauffent et aident \u00e0 la digestion: le gingembre, la cardamome, la noix de muscade, la cannelle, le cumin, le coriandre, les clous de girofle.<br \/>\nUtilisez les dans votre cuisine, ou encore faites vous une tisane \u00e9pic\u00e9e avec un peu de gingembre r\u00e2p\u00e9, 1cc de cardamome, 1 cc de cannelle, et un zeste de mandarine.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Liquides chauds ou ti\u00e8des<\/strong> : lait cru et bio, laits de soja ou d\u2019amande, th\u00e9s \u00e9pic\u00e9s ou tisanes, soupes et potages<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Les mati\u00e8res grasses<\/strong> : utilisez les en petite quantit\u00e9 dans vos aliments \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Huile d\u2019olive (crue seulement), l\u2019huile de p\u00e9pins de raisin, de s\u00e9same, le beurre clarifi\u00e9, les graines et ol\u00e9agineux (noix, amandes) et les avocats.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Enfin, une petite pratique \u00e0 adopter en automne est de vous offrir un <strong>auto-massage a l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same ti\u00e8de<\/strong> (bio et blanche, non pas celle pour la cuisine). Certaines marques comme Weleda en font avec des huiles essentielles comme la lavande, apaisante et r\u00e9chauffante.
