L&#8217;ajout de blettes ou de chou fris\u00e9 \u00e0 la combinaison traditionnelle de noix de coco et de curry, fait de ce plat classique une soupe moderne et saine. A servir avec du riz brun, du riz au jasmin (moins chauffant), ou du quinoa pour un repas plus complet. Bon app\u00e9tit\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile de noix de coco (ou d\u2019huile d\u2019olive)<br \/>\n1 oignon moyen, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<br \/>\n1-2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te de curry (rouge ou vert selon vos gouts. Attention, certaines marques sont plus \u00e9pic\u00e9es que d&#8217;autres. A d\u00e9faut, utiliser 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de curry en poudre)<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de curcuma frais r\u00e2p\u00e9 (ou a d\u00e9faut 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de curcuma en poudre)1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de gingembre frais r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\n1-2 gousses d&#8217;ail hach\u00e9es<br \/>\n1 pinc\u00e9e de Cayenne<br \/>\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel de l\u2019Himalaya (ajustez selon vos gouts)<br \/>\n4 carottes<br \/>\n2 branches de c\u00e9leri<br \/>\n\u00bd petit chou-fleur (ou l\u2019\u00e9quivalent en brocoli convient \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien)<br \/>\n1 patate douce moyenne pel\u00e9e et coup\u00e9e en cubes<br \/>\n3\/4 litre de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes (plus ou moins selon vos gouts)<br \/>\n1 boite ou brick de lait de coco (400 \u00e0\u00a0500 grammes)<br \/>\n\u00bc bouquet de coriandre fraiche hach\u00e9e<br \/>\n1 \u00bd tasse de haricots blancs ou de pois chiches (l\u2019\u00e9quivalent d\u2019une boite si vous les achetez tout cuits)<br \/>\n3 belles tiges de blette (ou de chou fris\u00e9) cisel\u00e9e<br \/>\nSel et poivre selon votre go\u00fbt<br \/>\nJus d\u2019 1\/2 citron ou citron vert (r\u00e9serv\u00e9 jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la fin)<br \/>\nCoriandre pour la garniture<br \/>\nPour les inconditionnels des plats relev\u00e9s, flocons de piment rouge<\/p>\n<p>Faire suer l&#8217;oignon dans l\u2019huile de coco. Ajouter ensuite le curry, le gingembre, l&#8217;ail, le curcuma, le sel marin et la pinc\u00e9e de Cayenne. Faire revenir une minute en remuant sans cesse. Ajouter les carottes, le c\u00e9leri, le chou-fleur et la patate douce, et faire revenir 5 minutes. Ajoutez les haricots blancs (ou pois chiches) et la coriandre. Ajouter le bouillon et le lait de coco, et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Le liquide doit couvrir les l\u00e9gumes comme pour une soupe classique (Ajuster la quantit\u00e9 de liquide si n\u00e9cessaire). Amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, r\u00e9duire le feu, couvrir, et continuer \u00e0 cuire pendant environ 25-30 minutes, ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que tous les l\u00e9gumes soient juste cuits.<\/p>\n<p>Eteignez la chaleur et ajoutez la blette ou le chou fris\u00e9. Couvrir pendant 2-3 minutes. Bien m\u00e9langer. Presser le jus de citron et assaisonner (sel et poivre ou \u00e9ventuellement d\u2019autres \u00e9pices \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt).
