Mon professeur N\u00e9palais de nutrition Ayurv\u00e9dique, le Docteur Shresta, nous avait donn\u00e9 sa recette d\u2019infusion d\u2019hiver pour stimuler le syst\u00e8me\u00a0 digestif.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients bios de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, pour 4 tasses d\u2019infusion\u00a0:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>-1 CS de cardamome <\/strong>(en fruit, \u00e0 \u00e9craser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement)<br \/>\n<strong>-2 CC de gingembre frais r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>-2 b\u00e2tons de cannelle <\/strong>(\u00e0 \u00e9craser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement)<br \/>\n<strong>-Optionnel\u00a0: 1 CC de zeste d\u2019orange<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, mettez 4 tasses d\u2019eau \u00e0 bouillir. R\u00e9duisez le feu et ajoutez\u00a0les 3 ou 4 ingr\u00e9dients ci dessus. Laissez infuser, couvert, 5 \u00e0 10 minutes. Retirez du feu et passez.
